With its latest cover, Wired declares the end of the web. A decline in browser-based consumption, that is giving way to Apps.
I will agree that there is a shift taking place and Apps are part of it, but the web isn't going anywhere. As long as there is net neutrality, the web will always be a place where people can innovate.
95% of the video traffic is still found on Web pages.
Creating controversy and twisting facts to sell copies of a magazine is a dead end street.
