Adobe buys Ominiture: What does it mean?

Adobe’s Flash technology, powers much of today's display advertising on the Internet. The recent and unexpected Omniture acquisition, is definitely a hit to left field. One would expect hear about moves closer to home, that are related to creative technologies.

It will be interesting to see how Adobe plans to use Omniture to become a larger player in the advertising ecosystem [blog.webanalyticsdemystified.com]
